How to come at peace with my body?!
Question: How to come at peace with my body?
Female. 14. 5'4". 118 pounds. Eating disorders in the past. (Bulimia, anorexia, and binge-eating.) I've been on so many diets. I want to stop. Would it be okay for me to eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full, and eat whatever I want to? (Also called intuitive eating)?
I read an article a while back about a lady that did that after an eating disorder, and she's so happy with her life now. I want to be like that.
Oh, and when I do it, should I weigh myself? Should I be worried about pants sizes? I just want to maintain my weight...

but don't weigh yourself too often.. once every two weeks IF THAT.
