Workout plans for a 14 year old?!


Question: Workout plans for a 14 year old?
I'm a 14 year old male, and I just started back working out.
I do 15-20 reps with 15 lb dumbbells.
Incline bench presses with 60-70lbs
Overhead presses with 10-12lbs

I am trying to get rid of man breasts I have and shred the little chub I got and turn it into muscle.
Help me out?
I eat lots of protein, drink water and sometimes kool aid, and trys to get lots of rest at night.
Triceps, Biceps, pecs, legs, calfs , ect.

Well im 15 and have been working out for a couple of years. If i learned anything its that you need to d everything not just that. Cardio will burn the fat and carbs a nd sugars away. Always have a good sourspce of protien after it to eat. And strength just work out you entire body. If you are looking for specific muscles, do a little research to find what excersices tone wut muscles
