Question: Exercise plans for somebody INCREDIBLY out of shape?
I figured cardio would go best. I havent really exercised in 10 years. I mean washing the floor puts me out of breath. Today I started doing jumping jacks and after like 5 of them, my heart was pounding like crazy. After 55 seconds of them (about 50 JJ's) I was out of breath and my legs are sore.
Would 1 minute every hour be a good plan or no? And eventually build up to 30 mins every day?

Buy any of "The Biggest Loser" DVDs or books. They have excellent beginner work out plans. If you don't want to buy anything, I think you can find them by googling "biggest loser work outs" but I don't think they'll lay out a routine for you like the books and DVDs do. The books also have recipes for healthy fogs and snacks. Again, I'm sure you can google this stuff, but the books and DVDs are much more convenient, having all the information you need in one place.
