Question: Need help losing weight, any suggestions?
I am 19, but I am only 4'11 and I weigh about 143lbs. I never used to weigh so much, but about 2 years ago I was put on some medication that made my appetite change so i gained like 15 pounds. I tried Weight Watchers, and that worked for a while but it was getting expensive. I need a diet/workout that will work around school and work....Any suggestions? I would like to get down to about 125 by june.

I am not sure what exactly you experienced when your appetite changed, I assume that you were just eating more?

If yes, you could try the following.
replace chips, chocolate, and all the convenient "in between snacks" with
made dip >> http://www.cooks.com/rec/search/0,1-0,lo…
bite-sized pieces of raw veggies/fruits you like

And each time you feel the urge to eat something, simply get your veggies and home made yummy dip.
keep the left overs refrigerated.

If you like dogs, you could also ask your friends, neighbors if they would borrow their dog for a walk.

If you have a bike, you could also try to use the bike instead of a car for short distances.

Plus think about any other thing you would like to do outdoors, even if it's just a walk in a park with friends.



Count your calories for a week and make sure you dont go over 2,000 a day and if you are hungary in between meals drink a whole bunch of water or crush up some ice and eat that...its filling and 0 calories:)



Drink bleach

I do that all the time when there is pot in my system
