Answers:
Before you eat exercise for 15 minutes before eating.
Eat one large meal a day no seconds and the only snack you can have is water, diet green tea, and one piece of fruit never canned fruit!
Get on treadmill for a hour and do 30 minutes of any other type of workout
If any cravings come up chew gum that helps you burn more calories anyway.
Before you get into bed do 50 squats
Before bed laying down in bed, do 100 sit ups
Before dozing off do 2 min. of deep breathing...burns more calories.
Your day off is sunday only meaning only 30 min of exercise.
Do the above for 20 days.
After 20 days do another 20 days, but no large one meal, just half of that and two hours on treadmill
You should be 50 something pounds slimmer.

100-180 jumping jacks
40-50 sit ups
7-12 push ups
jog for 5 minutes a short jog
2nd day
jog a mile
and dance a little dance like crazy try to move alot do it for 5 minutes
3rd day
do a power walk or go up and down stairs
30 sit ups
5 push ups
4rd day
jumprope
and dance for a while
5th day
100-180 jumping jacks
20 sit ups
5 push ups
20 sit ups
5 push ups
6th day
dance a lil
jump rope
7th
jog for 10 minutes
if you cant do it do less than the amount but aime for that
if its killing you do it 3 times a week
if you feel bad afterwards its because your'e probably not eating right

By telling you that this goal in unhealthy IS helping you. If this is even possible, it would be extrememly unsafe and the weight would probably come back. You want to lose 7 lbs a week. They weren't even pulling those numbers on The Biggest Loser, and there are reports that say that even with the trainers there helping them, that it's not a good life style to work your body so hard. You're very best bet is to use a weight loss suppliment like hydroxycut and do lots of cardio. Eat things with protein and good carbs to give you energy. Good luck but don't expect to lose that much in such a short amount of time.
Just eat healthy snacks, and exericse alot and i mean ALOT, and eat NO junk food at all, if you want to lose this much weight really fast, and i mean really FAST!!! Good luck! :)

Did it only take you 2 months to put that weight on? I didn't think so.
There is no healthy way to lose 60 pounds in 2 months. Most trainers I've known recommend losing 1-2 pounds a week, or 1% of your body weight, which in your case would be 2.3 pounds. In my experience weight came off faster at the beginning (especially if you count water weight), so a more reasonable goal may be to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. And that is hardly anything to scoff at. Go to a grocery store and pick up 2 10 pound bags of potatoes and tell me that that isn't an impressive amount of weight to lose.
I know you said to not tell you that your goal is unhealthy or unrealistic, but it is both of those things. If you set an unrealistic goal you are only going to be disappointed, and if you lose the weight in an unhealthy manner you will likely just gain it back.
