Answers:

YOU need to gain some more muscle and fat. Take vitamin and eat up.
Buy one of those BIG exercise ball ( fitness ball ) Lay on the ball and do sit up, also try some weight with it. It a Great workout for your ABS and it doesn't hurt your BACK.

Been doing it for 2 Month, Abs start to show.

Any exercise that works your core muscles helps build your abs, but if you already have a strong core and are looking for definition, holding your legs straight out about an inch off the ground while doing crunches targets the lower abdominal muscles very well. For the sides, lay down as if you were going to do sit ups, put your legs in the air and bend your knees, then do crunches leaning left and right alternatively while moving your knees in the opposite direction of your upper body. I've found those two techniques to be very helpful for defining abs, and they are easier for me than sit ups. Exercise isn't supposed to be easy, however, so it will take some work before you see any improvement.

I hope that helps :)

ok, you can lay on you back put your legs up bend your knees and pretend your riding a bike. or you can get a ball or just lay on the ground and do a little sit up it's where you dont go fully up just where you elbows can touch your thighs. or just PUSH you self to do 1-5 each day and add 1-5 each day.

Try scrunches or crunches or whatever you want to call them. Lay on your back, cross&bring your legs close to you with your hands behind your head. Now, start to contract, bringing your knees to your elbows. Then relax and move them apart. Do a few of these, then when your abdominal muscles are more developed move on to sit ups.

never do sit-ups. lay on ur back, feet straight out w/ toes extended further, arms palm down at ur sides. lift ur legs three inches and hold for ten secs, lower to inch off of floor, lift to a two feet off floor and hold for ten sec, lower. lift legs to three feet, hold and lower. lift legs to 90 degree, hold and lower. u can even just lift thru 90 degrees for many reps. u'll find out what hurts, and what is working. ur stomach will ache for days after first good work-out.

Grap a broom stick and put over you neck... swing back and forth to work you obliques. Hard to explain, but easy to do. Lay on your back and put you legs straight up in the air, they do quick burst to try and touch you toes, without letting your legs come down. Try to do a total of 50
