Question: My arms and hands shake for no reason?
Well the title pretty much explains it. I'm kind of shy but with my friends I'm really loud, and this only happens if I'm at school or sitting in a quiet room & if I'm uncomfortable. It never happens when I'm with people I'm comfortable. Is it just my shyness? I'm just fine, besides that! And I don't have any problems like ADHD.

This could happen for many reasons, but one of them might be because you don't get enough of the right food. if you don't get enough vitamins, or food from all the food groups, or if you just starve or don't eat a lot, this may happen. Once, I didn't eat anything for a whole day, and i ran only a mile. when I came home, I was doing some homework and then I started shaking. It was because I didn't get enough food/nutrients. Try eating healthier, it might help.
