Question: What would happen if I ate 5000 calories a day?
I'm 6'0 and 130 pounds right now

It depends on a number of things like how active you are, what kinds of calories you're getting, and how fast your metabolism is. If you're trying to gain weight then you need more calories to go along with weight lifting and muscle building nutrients like Whey protein and protein in general. If on the other hand, you lead an inactive lifestyle then you will most likely gain fat weight as opposed to muscle weight, but as a general rule you should try to burn more calories then you take in if you want to lose weight and supplement heavy caloric intake with a fitness plan if you want to gain muscle weight.

Yeah youd get fat, but you want to get good big not fatty big. Start working out, take 1.5-2g of protein per pound of body weight, same with carbs.



You'd get fat :) The most calories you should have per day is 4,000 O.o
