Question: 50 day make over help!?
so im going on a beach trip when spring break comes.. i want to be in good looking shape
right now i most definatly have flabb but it looks easliy removable by excersize and i need to firm thighs and arms (and trim) and trim HIPS!!!!
anddd get rid of my protective layer of flabb over my abbs
and lose the face fat?
soooo really just like a makeover of my bod... any suggestions on how to reach thay quckily.. good foods to eat... when to eat?
any exsersize suggestions
certain calorie intake and carbs and what not

To do it will require a ton of discipline, mental and physical fortitude, and a unwavering commitment, but it is possible. To reach such a goal will require high intensity workouts and a disciplined...I hate to say diet, but diet that is low on fat and sugar. Without knowing you're fitness level its hard to make an informed suggestion, but every workout should be a challenging one that pushes you both mentally and physically and there are two that come to mind which are Insanity by Shaun T and P90X By Tony Horton. Now I've been working and running for 8+ years and these two challenge me so its definitely not easy, but if you want to lose weight fast these two will definitely make it happen.

Also I wouldnt worry about calories so much as I would the quality of said calories because 400 calories from a baked chicken is better than 200 from a honey bun or cookies due to the fact that the latter is void of any nutritional content and loaded with fat and sugar.

As far as when to eat is concerned you want to eat before and while your body is using the energy which is why they say its best to eat multiple small meals as opposed to two or three big meals that really bring your metabolism to a crawl.
