Question: Weight Watchers point to food formula, is this right?
so I found this formula on the internet and I wanted to see if it actually gives correct points to food for weight watchers! So for example cereal is 220 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 4 grams of fiber. using my formula it equals 3.85 or 4 pts per cup, dose this sound right?
