What can I eat which has zero calories in it ?!


Question: What can I eat which has zero calories in it ?
Im on a diet which means i can eat after 7.30 pm.

I had a burger king and a Mcdonalds for my tea about 6.30pm but im feeling abit hungry now.

What should i eat ?

Answers:

Celery. You burn more calories eating it than your body can get from the stuff.



Nothing! Everything has some calories.

You filled up on junk that gave you a sense of fullness when you ate and now you are empty of real "fuel" that's why you are hungry.

Before you go to bed have a glass of milk perhaps a slice of bread (real bread not the foamy stuff) with some honey. This should hold you over until morning.

Tomorrow instead of hitting the junk have real food. Broil a real steak and bake a potato have some veggies and some salad sprinkled with olive oil a good peace of cheese - see how this holds you the entire day.



Ignore Brandi's advice, fruit and veg has calories in it, and plenty of carbohydrates as well. Fruit is full of sugar, so has plenty of calorie. A banana for example is around 100 calories, and apple around 50-60.

If you want something with near zero calories then I suggest a green leafy salad, which is about 10-20 calories for a very filling amount.



All that salt in your fast food is making you feel HUNGRIER... usually this just means you're thirsty and your brain is trained to want more food.

Don't eat. Drink some tea or water.

Avoid salt/oils because they increase your appetite. ALOT.



There is no magic food everything has some calories in it.



......did you seriously go to mcdonalds and burger king on a diet??
