why does exercise make you feel good?!

Question: Why does exercise make you feel good?
Answers:

lt releases good hormones called endorphins so that we feel less pain and more positive effects. That's why exercise is better for people who are suffering with depression and people who want to have pain management (there's gentle exercises such as aqua aerobics and balance class.)

Exercise make you feel healthy not only from out side but also from deep inside you get healthy. You metabolism will work faster than normal and you will feel better from inside. Also as you get fitter your confidence will improve and you will be more present full in front of everyone.

Hello,

Exercise makes you feel good for several reasons.

* As you exercise it makes your heart pump more oxygenated blood around your body which makes you feel more vibrant and alert.

* Exercise helps to cut down the fat content of your body, which makes you look better.

* The improvements in fitness makes it easier to do things.

* Exercise makes you fitter.

* When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which gives your body a natural high.

* It makes you sleep better which makes you feel more refreshed the next day.

I hope this helps.

You actually release a hormone which makes you feel happy, though I've forgotten the name. Also, exercise makes you feel alert and focused on your surroundings, very in-control.

Because when you do it right, you breath well and your entire body has enough oxygen.
