Personally, I don't think that's too much for ONE day, I know occasionally I have slip ups where total calories in one day is probably more than that.
Just be sure not to eat like that everyday and you'll be fine.
Why did you eat 2200 calories to begin with? It's only going to make you feel unmotivated when you work out because you won't see the results.....because you over-ate. You can be just as full eating two plates of fruit than something fatty.
One day will not make much difference in the overall scheme of things. Try to put together a diet plan that you can follow and stick with it 6 days a week. Have a once a week "cheat" day can actually HELP you lose weight!

If you are a woman and you are eating 2,200 calories a day you will slowly get fat unless you are already a big girl. It does take some calories to maintain fat. You need to figure out your basal metabolic rate. Look it up.
Cut out 500 calories and work out
