Question: I need a sustainable diet...I have two months?
Today is 1 March. On the 29th April I am going away on holiday, to somewhere hot - so I will no doubt be walking around in swimwear. At the moment I am not comfortable doing this because of my size... I am not fat, but I reckon I am slightly overweight. I need to lose a bit of weight by this date because it will ruin the holiday if I don't. I want to lose as much as possible without making myself ill. Obviously the key is "eat less, exercise more" but what are the most effective ways of doing this? I swim two to three times a week but this is basically the only exercise I do. Please help! ;)

Answers:

try swimming more and other kinds of exercise like running or biking or going to the gym

eating healthier too- less, and smaller portions, and lots of healthy low calorie foods like fruits and veggies
