Jogging for two hours a day could seem like anorexic behaviour.
(Obsessive exercising is one of the 'classic' symptoms of anorexia.)
But if you want to improve your body with jogging, 1 yoghurt and a chicken baguette makes an excellent lunch. Make sure you have a really energetic breakfast (porridge with raisins, syrup & butter is a good start to your day), plenty of vegetables with your evening meal, and fruit snacks every few hours.
Start with a single bout (minutes is ideal) of jogging each day, and gradually increase the duration and the intensity of your sessions as you get used to the exercise.
it depends on your weight, youll prolly loose weight;)
