6 Month cardio journey starts TODAY, help calories needed?!
Question: 6 Month cardio journey starts TODAY, help calories needed?
Ok Its 1st of March I go on holiday at the end of august so i am fully focused with my fat loss so im comfortable with taking my top off :)
Ok im Male, 18 years old. I am 11 stone and 5.6" My waist is around 37.5" my bmi is around 24.9?
I always do my cardio in the morning after my breakfast what consists off (20 min run + 10 min bike + 10 min cross trainer) 5 times a week
I am just in need of some calorie advice.. i do count calories and only getting in around 1300 a day.. could someone help me and tell me how many
calories i should have a day to lose around 2lbs a week with my stats ( Male, 18 years old. I am 11 stone and 5.6" My waist is around 37.5" , cardio 5 days a week)
This woule really help me so much as i do not want to go into starvation more. Nor eat to many calories as i have 6 months to achieve these goals.
And want every day to count. All advice will be taken on board :) :) :)

Answers:
check your BMI first,

then reduce your calorie intake
Every person is an individual. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. You need to experiment with your diet/exercise regimen in order to find out what works for YOU. Sorry that there's no magic equation, but that's just how it works.
