Yes, it's really accurate, and easy to follow. If you still don't want to buy it, try checking out the library---that's what I do :), then take notes :)
Yes, it's a great book with accurate information. There are two out now- one about eating out, and the other about cooking in. Both are valuable, informative, and interesting.
