I want abs, how can I get them?!


Question: I want abs, how can I get them?
My tummy currently looks like:

(left is relaxing and right is tightened)

I hear it is a good idea to lose weight/fat to get abs... but honestly my weight is pretty low (107)... so should I? Or can I just exercise my abs?? I've never really thought about this till recently because I thought abs on woman were weird. But now I want them! :/

Yeah just do sit ups, crunches and pull your legs up to your chest. Do about 4 sets of 30 a day then within a month you should be seeing the difference. Good luck

yes it is a good idea to get abs or lose weight. you can still get a good abs and abs on women are not weird. to get abs you need to increase your body metabolism and the fastest way to do this is by getting a good diet plan. when i mean diet plan i mean you should plan your meals well. ensure you cut down excess fat in your foods and also do some simple body exercises.
some exercises that have proven to work well, you can do a little of body exercises and then drink plenty of water daily. cut down the amount of calories you take in and then increase the amount of calories you burn. the best way to be fit is by doing simple exercises they may include, swimming, walking/jogging, exercise trainings and you can also decide to join a group. when you join a group it helps you feel as if you are not alone. join group of people that have the same target like getting abs. this way you will feel you are not alone and then it also encourages you. hope i answered your question

oh, okay, do crunches. start with ten with both feet on the ground, ten with one knee pulled up, ten with the other knee pulled up, ten with both knees in the air.
that starts you with 40 crunches. work your way up. if you do them every day, you'll be feeling a difference in a couple weeks!

you can just excersise you abs. don't worry about losing weight. you're fine.



I found that trying to improve your abs is very difficult because it's a set of muscles you use all the time so I thought at first you had to push yourself quite hard with lots of sit-ups,crunches,captains chair...etc but that was until I found out the truth about abs and things changed from there.

the key to abs is good diet.... cardio activity to burn fat... and good ab training everyother day for 5-10 mins a session

using weight resistance exercises.. like a rope pull down, weighted plate to the chest, leg lifts.... ab machine crunch

eat more proteins and whole wheat foods.. avoid white flour, excess carbs.. and sugars....
