Snack = handful of almonds
Lunch = big salad with tomatoes, cucumber, celery.
Snack = lowfat string cheese
Dinner = Grilled chicken with Salad
Plus 45 minutes of cardio each day

Every diet plan has a purpose and it seems that this is a low carb diet, so you’re probably trying to slim down or lose body fat percentage, so if this is your goal. This is a good diet plan for that.
Your breakfast has a good source of protein (eggs), another good breakfast would be a small bowl of oatmeal with a banana and some water to keep your metabolism up
Breakfast = 1 hard boil egg (plus one white of another boiled egg) with slices of tomatoes and green tea.
Snack = handful of almonds (good source of light protein and healthy fat, you wont get fat off almonds, unless you eat like a whole jar)
Lunch = big salad with tomatoes, cucumber, celery. (Maybe add some sliced turkey)
Snack = lowfat string cheese (or low fat yogurt)
Dinner = Grilled chicken with Salad
Plus 45 minutes of cardio each day ( Awesome!!!, just give your body a day or two of recovery)
Add in some light weights and make sure not to eat too many almonds, because nuts are very high in fat.
