Answers:

You could do what this guy on a thousand ways to die and suck out the fat with a vacuum, not guaranteed it will work because it surely didn't for him, just make sure it doesn't hook on to your intestines...jk Well I don't know just try you might, and you might not, but just sitting down and saying your going to do this isn't going to help you..

not even the biggest loser people lose weight that fast... one of them lost 20 lbs in 1 week but what people don't realize is that 1 week on the biggest loser is in actuality like 2 weeks, or 3 weeks.

losing 40 lbs in 2 months is definitely possible , and your goal would be to lose about 5 pounds every week. it is definitely possible if you do cardio NOT strength training. strength training has a period of about 2 weeks for your body to get used to it, and then it starts physically changing, while 1 week of cardio and anaerobic exercise will definitely already how results.....pone thing i recommend is looking on youtube for videos of ab exercises. definitely incorporate pushups. and the scorpion push up would be a plus too. run at least 1 mile a day, and remember to look at the now not forward!
every time some one looks forward they get flustered and forget why there on there weight loss journey, so yeah hope i helped bye =)

It's not healthy to lose that much weight so quickly. An average of 1-2 lbs per week is good..so maybe even 10 lbs a month if you are doing it the right way (exercising and eating very healthy.) If you want to be a vegetarian..that's fine. But that alone won't help you knock the weight off. And it takes a lot of work to be vegetarian in a healthful way. Your body still needs protein so as long as you do a little research you can make sure you are going to get everything you need. Honestly, I would stretch that out to 6 months and work you *** off (literally) to reach your goal and hopefully you will get an extra reason to celebrate when you hit your goal early. Another tip - don't look at your scale for the next 3 months at least. Go by how you feel and what you look like to yourself in the mirror, because in all reality, the number doesn't matter in the end and will only cause extra stress if you don't think it's moving fast enough and that will just hurt your chances at getting to where to want to be. One last thing, then I will stop. :-P Don't just focus on cardio when you work out..muscles burn calories even while your body is resting so it's very important to do strength training as well! Good luck!!!

you can loose 40 pounds in two months easily.
1. it is safe to drink plenty of water, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses daily.
2. to be fit i think you should do more of body intense exercises. it helps to burn calories easily and then aids digestion.
3. eat more of vegetables and fresh fruits especially citrus fruits.
4. eat more of fibre.
5. reduce the amount of oily and greasy meals you eat.
6. reduce the amount of fast foods and processed foods you take because they contain more fat.
7. eat balance diets.
9. drink more of vegetable/fruit juice daily before taking any meal.

40 pounds in 2 months?...That's almost a pound a day. Does that sound realistic to you?

There are 3500 calories in a pound, so you'll need to be burning 3500 a day in order to reach your goal. Sorry hun but that doesn't sound very realistic....It took me 2 YEARS to lose 40 pounds, but then I wasn't in a hurry.

If you really want to reach your goal in 2 months, you will need to do a lot more than 1 hour exercise a day. I'm assuming for exercise you'll be doing vigorous cardio workouts? If you're serious about this weight loss, you will need a proper diet. None of this "only fruit and vegetables" stuff. Be healthy, and eat real food, as well as fruit and vegetables. Just make sure you don't eat too little calories...It will make your metabolism drop severely, and you need your metabolism to be high! Good luck!

So first and foremost, sorry, but you probably won't be able to drop 40 in just 2 months. I almost guarantee you won't. Maybe 20 pounds, if you're really hard working.

But let me tell you. I lost about 35 pounds in like 4 months. And you really can't lose it much faster than that, trust me. The key is to consume very few calories. The only thing is, try to make breakfast your main meal of the day, lunch second to that, and don't even eat dinner, if you can. Calories are literally energy- so you need to have a decent breakfast to give you calories for the day, and at least a small lunch to refuel. But after dinner you go to sleep, so you don't need to eat dinner. Try to go to bed really hungry; this will make your body burn fat to get calories as you sleep.
So I'd suggest eat a normal breakfast, like cereal or a bagel and fruit. Even go with an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich if you want. Pretty much eat whatever you want for breakfast, calorie-wise. Obviously still try to not eat high-fat foods, though. Then for lunch have something light, but not necessarily as light as like a piece of fruit. Go ahead and have a sandwich or something. But then the main key is, don't eat after lunch. It can be hard sometimes, but just don't give in. Skip dinner, and you should see the weight drop.
