Which parts of my legs do I need to work on toning the most? And what exercises are best for that?

You have a nice shape with NO excess fat. Your legs are a really nice shape.

The best exercise for you would be stuff that lasts a relatively short time - so you are toning and not burning too many calories. How about half an hour's aerobics using a step, on alternate days. That would exercise your whole leg, and other pats of your body as you swing your arms, etc., heart and lungs, and the step will bring your calf muscles into the picture.
