funny, im starting this too :)
this is certainly not going to be easy, you have to be determined
i started by going to the gym everyday, running 2 miles, and every different day you do a different workout for a certain group, cardio one day and strength another ( you can ask a trainer at your gym to help order it out )
watch what you eat, try to limit as many carbs as you can...resist any cookies or pizza, bread sticks etc...
drink lots of fluids like water or gatorade >>this has the eloctrolytes you need =)
P.S get lots of rest!



Try a protein rich high fat diet for a month also stick to a rigorous training regime 4 days a week and 1 hr at gym with interval training and high intensity weight training. Do contact your doctor before going into a strenuous training regime and diet. Much Luck.
