Why is this question asked so many times but has the most simplest answer!!

It's simple, don't eat junk food, and exercise! Stay 100% to that plan and it'll go!! I've done it and it works!! You have to be REALLY tough and strict with yourself!!

People who say they can't lose weight, are either secretly still eating junk food or they're not eating the correct none-junk food.

Eat lots of protein and cut out all foods with carbohydrates in them! Trust me it works!



Work out, dont need to go to a gym, just do normal housework. Dont eat junk, at least twice a week in a small portion.



Exercise more and eat less .......... simple!
