Question: Im 17, Im 5'3 & I weigh 132. Im really trying to loose weight before the summer! Any ideas? HELP ASAP PLEASE.?
I dont eat breakfast & I barely eat at all /: I honestly dont know whats making me gain weight. Any advice would be appreciated.

The fact that you're not eating breakfast is slowing your metabolism, making it nearly impossible for you to lose weight. In fact, you'll lose muscle and gain fat by doing that. Also, exercise. It'll increase your metabolic rate. Besides, 132 isn't bad at all for a girl whose 5'3".



you can't not just eat, you have to exercise and eat a healthy breakfast to get your metabolism to kick in. your actually supposed to eat more to lose weight,but eat healthy,so stop skipping breakfast,you'll see a much greater difference.

you are your ideal weight.
