Advice on muscle gain?!


Question: Advice on muscle gain?
Im just wondering how you can gain more muscles in the region of the neck area, esp the sides as well as the chest area, close to where the collar bone is. I just find these parts of the body to be one of the most difficult to work on.

Answers:

the muscles of the neck are:
Levator scapulae
sterno cleido mastoid
upper trapezius

Google these muscles and figure out what exercises work them out. Here are some examples
shrugs
neck flexion
neck extension
ipsilateral neck flexion

exercise physiologist.



Definitely do shrugs for the neck area, as well as bench press to keep developing your chest. Or you could do legitimate neck exercises if you please but I think they're a waste of time.
