Why am I Fat when I don't eat very much?!


Question: Why am I Fat when I don't eat very much?
I eat very little however, why am I putting on weight. Here is what I ate yesterday (as you can see, it is just like everybody else).
Breakfast
2 x eggs
2x Bacon
Hash Browns
Pancakes & syrup
Morning Snack
2 x Twinkies
Lunch
2 x Double cheese burgers & fries
Afternoon Snack
A handful of turtles
Dinner
KFC Mega Bucket & sides.
As you can see this is not alot, however can it be the following: -
In the family genes
Thyroyd glans
Large Bones
Metabolism
Please help because I am being called nasty names because I am only 240 lbs at 5' 8.
My age is 22.

I am going to base my answer under the assumption that you are genuine.

You are eating way too many calories and calories that are not designed for the human body, but rather the rubbish tip. You simply need to drop out all of your processed foods, which is most of what you eat. And what about soft drinks? This is poison too.
Then turn your attention to natural foods like fruits, veges, nuts, seeds, fish, herbs, beans etc.
Don't blame your family - it is your body, your life, your destiny.

Do you eat the whole mega bucket? Cos if you do that is just flat out disgusting and the rest of what you had that day is really unhealthy. Eat less and healthier.



You are eating vast quantities of fat and sugar. As you well know.
To use up all these calories you would have to be digging ditches 12 hours a day.



Its because your eating Habit and foods you choose to eat is really bad bro like bad!!!!! do you have any physical activity of any sort?



Well ur eating unhealthy, ur getting junk food that won't make u lose weight, cut on ur junk food like KFC and the hamburger . Small portions remember .



Just eat more and you'll lose weight.

lol you are fat bc you eat enough in one day to feed an entire family of 5 for a week.

if thats truly your idea of "not a lot" you need serious help.

i did not eat a lot today. heres what i ate:

breakfast: protein shake with 4 oz chocolate almond milk 190 calories

am snack: 1 green apple 70 calories

lunch:
broccoli with light cheese sauce 2 servings: 120 calories
tilapia fish 2 servings, cooked in water: 220 calories

pm snack: two 10 calorie strawberry jello cups

dinner: 4 servings tilapia cooked in water 440 calories
5 oz baby spinach leaves 65 calories (no dressing)

late snack: green apple slices: 60 calories
jello cup: 10 calories

1195 for the day

this is on the low side for me-you should try to eat similarly, and swap out the fish for veggie patties and chicken, and the broccoli and spinach leaves for other assorted vegetables and dont put dressing on anything.
