Did I have too little calories?!


Question: Did I have too little calories?
Today, I only had 500 or 600 calories today, I'm limiting my food intake because I'm on a diet, and I stopped losing weight randomly, I have recently lost 30 pounds, and nothing more, but is this too little of an intake? and if so, can it make me gain weight? Thanks.

Too little food intake is not good for the body, and by the look of your cute baby, I don't think you want to deprive yourself. Eat much but eat healthy. Exercise wouldn't hurt either.



Yes it is too little , it has caused your body to go into starvation mode. You need 1400-2000 a day for normal function. You might gain a little bit, it is better to be on a healthy diet all the time.



WAY TO LITTLE OF AN INTAKE.
if you're on a diet, take 1,500 to 1700 calories a day.
you stopped losing weight because your metabolism is confused.
