Question: I really, really want to wear a bikini this summer, but I'm chubby?
Should I start dieting now? I don't want to just gain it all back before summer, but I also don't want to gain it back during summer for that matter. If I start practicing maintaining my weight when there's still school, it'll be easier than on the long, empty summer days (I find it much, much harder to diet on days when I don't have school than when I do). Still, it'll be easier to maintain for two months, and then in the fall school will start again so it'll be far easier.
Oh and as for what diet I'm going to go on, I looked up how many calories I burned and due to what many websites said it's an average of 2,100. I plan to eat 1,200-1500, depending on how I feel that day. I exercise moderately twice a day 5 days a week and burn 250 calories, but I'll sometimes burn an extra 175 doing an extra bike ride (long story, and it involves homework). Often on weekends I play a Kinect dance game I have and burn 100-200 calories.
