For breakfast I often have a bowl of oatmeal made with 1/4 cup oats. Half of the liquid is water and half is skim milk. I mix in a few dried cranberries, 1.5 tsp honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. It has a lot of fiber and little sugar so it is very healthy. It's also very filling. It's about 300 calories.

Another idea is a smoothie made of one packet of hot chocolate mix, a cup and a third of frozen strawberries, and three quarters of a cup of milk blended together. It's very thick and good, being mostly strawberries, and also about 300 calories.

Breakfast can be a yogurt with a banana and a apple or a small bowl of cereal. Thats really good and sometimes i do it :) its full of fiber which you need in the morning and energy as well :D and for lunch i wouldn't really know but get something like soup or like Healthy Choice like thoughts little TV dinners that are like not tooo much calories in it or something like Weight Watchers. Breakfast should be maybe cooked oatmeal,like 1 cup with your favorite topping like blueberries or strawberries

lunch should be a slice of bread with tuna,salad with ranch,and a coke zero.then top it off with a banana or apple.



Fruit smoothies!!! They're extremely filling, healthy, and great-tasting at the same time. Naked fruit drinks are the best!
