Am i FAT?!?! HELP ME!?!


Question: Am i FAT?!?! HELP ME!?
My height: [ 60.63 inches ] OR [ 154 cm]
My weight: [ 110.231131 pounds] OR [ 50kg ]

i feel like such a elephant. i dont have a perfectly flat stomach but my stomach is not that ginormous at all! its just that my frends are so much taller than me. my two best frends are 175 cm and the other 168cm ! thats about 20cm taller than me! And btw we are all 14.
also my mums side of the family (i live with them, not my dads side) are as skinny as hell. my aunt is 30 and i weight the same as her! and i weigh 3kg (6.6pounds) more than my mom which is soo scary :O!

i feel like a monster. help me?!!

AND im not rlly allowed very tight fitted clothes which makes the situation even worse. i also checked my bmi and im normal, but inside me i feel SO SHORT! and fat :'(

you'll never be good enough if you alwalys compare yourself to your friends. What looks good to you is all thats important. Just because they are tall doesn't mean you have to be too.

you are not fat, when you feel fat do something about it like pushups, crunches, or go to the gym and lift some light weights and you'll feel better.



dont worry honey, ur not fat at all. if u dont belive me look up a BMI calculator on the internet. i'm 15 160cm and 55kg, and my mum only weighs 48kg although she is shorter. imagine how scary that is for me. Your only 14 so ou will probably have a nother growth spurt. just remember to stay healthy and exercise a bit. xx



No you are not fat. You are perfectly fine for your height and age, all bodies are not the same even if in the same family. If you feel like your tummy needs some work I would suggest doing some light exercise before school and after school if possible.



youre petite and slim. just not anorexic. you may carry more muscle than your relatives and that weighs more than fat and bone alone,. everyone is different.

if you want to loose a little extra fat the most effective way in my opinion would be to do some sort of exercise for no longer then 45 min immediately after waking up, any longer will cause you to loose muscle and if you dont eat right after exercising then you will also loose musle, just keep it under 45 min and eat right after you exercise, that will probably be the most effective way, and avoid diet pills they will just make you loose musle to, caffine will at least, green tea should be fine.
but it sounds to me that you have a pretty normal/healthy weight to height ratio
