Question: Im a 13 year old girl and weigh 220+lbs HELP!!!?
im 5'9 and weigh 220+ i would like to lose 100 lbs in a year and a half i am pretty active but i eat when im board i play basketball ...bike...and play with friends but i cant seem to lose weight!!!
plz help

You seem to be active, which is awesome. Sadly in your case, your diet is bringing you down. Eat when your hungry. ONLY when your hungry. All the extra food you eat when your bored, well, your body has nothing to do with it so it stores it as fat for later use. If you eat the right amount of calories, your goal will come closer and closer :)

first of all be proud of watcha got girl! you are different and nothing is wrong with that. but if you want to lose some weight here are some tips

when your snacking (whenever) eat fruits and veggies (i personally prefer apples

remember to get AT LEAST sixty minutes of excersice a day

lay off the fried foods! these will DESTROY your journey to losing weight

if you follow these tips and you dont cheat... you WILL lose weight...

i have the same problem... when i was 13 i went to the doctor and he told me i have a metabolic problem and he gave me some pills. now you may not want to take meds. so the best thing you can do is exercize change your diet and wacth your protions



you dont need to do all that, chubby girls are pretty.
im 14, do **** off if you think this is weird.
