Is this a healthy diet for a teen?!


Question: Is this a healthy diet for a teen?
for breakfast i eat 1 orange and 3 strawberries

for lunch i eat either 1 lean hot pocket or 1 chicken patty

for dinner i eat 20 grapes
and for a snack i eat David's sunflower seeds

is this a good diet? and if not how can improve this?

p.s. i do this everyday

You need protein, and fat, and nothing processed. More calories, WAYYY more calories, EXERCISE.
You need dairy, vegetables, lean meat, light amount of oils, the sunflower seeds are good.

Breakfast:
1 egg
2 whites
1 orange

morning snack
1 C. Strawberries

Lunch
2 slices whole grain bread
1 cheese slice
pickles, lettuce, cucumber, etc.
Low fat sliced ham.

afternoon snack
20 grapes

dinner
5 oz. baked chicken/ turkey
vegetables!
1/2 C. of rice.

Evening snack
sunflower seeds.


THAT is what you need.

hot pockets,,pizzas. etc..are fattening..despite what label says.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



horrible diet, your starving yourself, slowing your metabolism alot, eventually you wont be able to eat even what your eating now without gaining weight, you need to keep your metabolism going, eat alot your young and if you keep this up your going to end up in the hospital, you need to eat alot, if your trying to loose weight then the most effective way in my opinion would be to do some sort of exercise for no longer then 45 min immediately after waking up, any longer will cause you to loose muscle and if you dont eat right after exercising then you will also loose musle, just keep it under 45 min and eat right after you exercise, that will probably be the most effective way, and avoid diet pills they will just make you loose musle to, caffine will at least, green tea should be fine, and green tea is very helpfull for loosing belly fat. just work out and you wont have to worry about weight, dont even go by how much you weigh just by how you look in the mirror.

you should be eating more carbs and protein, you seem like youre going to be very skinny.
maybe adding pasta, rice and more meat to your diet would be beneficial for your growth and nutrition
