How to lose weight in a month naturally?!

Question: How to lose weight in a month naturally?
Hi.. I am overweight at the age of 19. I want to lose weight in a month very fast and naturally. What sort of exercise I need to do? I don't want to pay for any weight loss programs. Any fat losing food?

Answers:

Hi John,
To lose weight not only you have to workout but you need to concentrate on your diet as well. Eating the right type of foods also help in reducing weight, which comes naturally. No one loses weight overnight, it takes time and determination. Proper diet, regular workout and intake of right foods, fruits and vegetables will make you lose weight faster than you expected

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Cardio... a lot of cardio (aerobics, walking, jogging, running, dancing, etc) And try to add some strength training too, to lose the fat and tone the muscles at the same time.

About the food... drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruits and veggies and lean meats. Eat whole grain food. Avoid fat and sugar (no candies, cookies, cakes, sodas, artificial juices and things like that).

The best thing u can do is walk or better run. Try and fit it into your daily life. I'm 20 and I walk to work and back which is 5 miles there and 5 miles back. This is good because I need to get to work anyway. If you fit it in like that your more Likely to do it. Cut out the sweets chocolate and try and do some weight lifting with dumbells as this will increase muscle tissue which burns more calories. Go For a run in the morning before you eat is suppose to help. And keeps your metabolism higher throughout the day. Eat little an often and don't eat after 7 pm. You do this and all the running and you can't go wrong. It worked For me mate. Oh and if you havnt got dumbells try push ups. There oldskool but they work. Trust me

cut down on rice, potato's, bread and pasta..
they are good in small quantities only..

cut fizzy drinks, fruit juice (as they also contain many calories) out of ur diet..
go for fresh juice and water, lot's of exercise and if ur willing to spend a bit try Alli tabs..
(fat blocker) good stuff :)

Eat less, but drink plenty of water. This will help burn the fats or you'll pass them out as waste products.
