How much do u think i will lose? (10 points!)?!

Question: How much do u think i will lose? (10 points!)?
I am 5.2 and 123 pounds.
I'd like to lose as much as possible over next 10 days.

I chose butter milk because its healthy and one glass is around 100 calories. I will also drink lots of water and green tea.

My diet:
Day 1: 3 glasses low fat butter milk
Day 2: 1 glass low fat butter milk, some veggies, some boiled shrimp + sport
Day 3: 3 glasses low fat butter milk
Day 4: 1 glass low fat butter milk, salad with some dressing + sport
Day 5: 3 glasses low fat butter milk
Day 6: 3 glasses low fat butter milk
Day 7: 1 glass low fat butter milk, salad with some dressing + sport
Day 8: glass low fat butter milk, salad with some dressing
Day 9: glass low fat butter milk, salad with some dressing + sport
Day 10: 3 glasses low fat butter milk

i am not interested in answers about slow and steady, yoyo dieting and weight gain. its for an event and i just want to look my best.

Thank You :)

Hang on a minute here.
You are 5ft 2 and 123 lbs. By my calculations that makes your BMI 22.5 which couldn't be more pefect.
By dieting in this way you are putting your health at risk. Your hair may fall out and it will play havoc with you skin which would mean you weren't looking your best anyway.
Crash diets really are quite a serious issue and I can guarentee all the weight will go straight back on, maybe even more than before if you have messed up your metabolism.
I watched my sister do this and would hate the same thing to happen to you.

But to answer the question, in 10 days and such a small size already I reckon you would lose around 7lbs maybe a bit less.

Sister who struggled with anorexia for years.

Fish, salad, potatoes and a cube of chocolate all for 700cals is healthy and you'd still lose weight - AND keep it off. Buttermilk IS healthy...but that's a crappy amount of cals..you'll feel bloated with air, constipated and tired. Though I know you are not interested in that as an answer.

So....You could lose quite a bit...or not a lot. Depends on how your metabolism system deals with it. But as soon as you go back to eating normally again, expect your weight to boom right back up.

Dude do all that, and include another meal? Then your skin will look radiant and healthy...that is looking your best.

I'm a compulsive faster who knows how to advise others better than I treat myself.

Over only 10 days?
That diet will probably send you into shock,
and youll only loose about 1 pound.

16lbs

You'll lose plenty of water weight as your glycogen (energy) stores are drained due to your very low calorie diet.
A lot of water is stored with glycogen, so when you drain your glycogen stores you also lose a lot of water weight. This can be anything up to 10lbs, if not more, so in the first couple of weeks you might think you’ve lost loads of weight.
The problem is that when you return to a normal diet your glycogen stores are replenished, and as glycogen is replenished so is the water that’s stored along with it.
You’ll probably notice that a lot of diets that promise rapid weight loss only last a couple of weeks, and that’s because you can’t sustain that rate of weight loss once the glycogen stores are drained, and if those diets kept going it would ruin their illusion of success.

I'd expect you might lose a couple of pounds of fat, but it wouldn' t be much more then you would lose from a proper diet.

So by day 10 you'll probably have lost maybe 10lbs, but by day 15 you'll have gained 9lbs back, if not more.
