Question: Im so skinny but when i sit down my stomach has lumps?(pictures)?
Ok so Im 5'5 like right there and I weight 102 pounds

heres a pic of my stomach:

But the problem is when i sit down i get like lumps in my stomach -.- How do I reduce that belly fat and FAST?

Answers:

It's called gravity love. It's not fat, it's the extra body tissue on your body protecting your ribs and stomach tissue. It may appear more profound on your body because of the fact that you are so small in weight. If you were to gain more weight, carry hips later in life, and even a nice butt, you would see that all the rest of your body would shape itself out around gravity and those so called "lumps" would not exist to you anymore.

No worries, there's nothing wrong with you. It's amazing how young teenagers think today. When I was your age, I could care less. I ate well, studied martial arts, was a cheerleader, enjoyed awesome clothes and danced my butt off ... enjoy your young life and don't put so many emphasis in areas that has no cause and effect for your true appearance. You are beautiful, fit and young. Enjoy it while you have it baby because it's not going to be there always.

it is just a thin layer of body fat. you are thin, but you are not toned. i suggest you train your core by doing sit ups and press ups. only do one set of 25 to begin with. you will then be able to do 3 sets of 25 once you get fitter. i know this might seem like a lot but it isn't really. i also suggest you switch to a healthy diet if you haven't already. basically no junk food and plenty of protein.



You could diet and exersice a bit but you really don't have much to lose. The reason you most likely get those lumps you describe is because women have excess skin on their belly and lower abdomen because we need to be able to have that area stretch with pregnancy.



this really annoys me you dont need to lose no stomach fat cause you have none. Like god jesus get over it.
If you really wanna lose it though. try walking or jogging. It exercises the whole body. and sit ups. Good luck skelater

im like 8 percent body fat, have a six pack and still have that when i sit or bend over, no biggie
