You have to strip the fat of your body to get a "killer flat stomach" Fat around the stomach is the last to disappear, that's why getting a "flat stomach" (six pack) is the most wanted and hardest to obtain. You have to tone you abdominal muscles, but no matter how much muscle a person has you wont be able to see the full potential OR "tone/definition" if there is fat on-top of the "killer flat stomach" GOOD LUCK :D



Well you can't work out one spot and expect to lose fat there that doesnt work you need to lower your over all body fat. Substitute your bad foods to good ones eat less and eat every 2 hours but not big foods but snacks so your body knows its getting food all the time and wont store fat. If you want to lower your over all body fat to get some abs do cardio like running something that gets your heart pumping for 20 minutes or more. Do some abb work outs to stregnthen your core and if you lower your body fat by cardio your stomuch will get flatter or smaller w/e and you might get abs ;D But remember the bottom of your stomuch is where the fat first goes in and and its where it comes out last so you need to do a lot of cardio good luck. :)
