I don't have a gym where I live so what is a good home gym that doesn'!

Question: I don't have a gym where I live so what is a good home gym that doesn't take up space I can purchase?
I have a manual treadmill that I walk on. I want to tighten and tone my body too. There isn't much room in the house I am living in so I would need a small home gym set up that I can put away.

Answers:

I'd suggest saving money by not purchasing any equipment and just using your body weight to help yourself get fit. There so many exercises you can do beyond the conventional push up sit up combo. If you adamant about buying something I'd go for a kettle bell. Kettlenetics is very good option to lose fat, tone up and get very strong without the bulk. Russian kettle bell master, Pavel is the first place I'd recommend looking for the most effective, most intense workouts you ever do.

run around out side, do push ups, pull ups sit ups crunches leg lifts,

hold your arms out at full length, and lift them above your head, bring them back to the shoulder hight and repeat do 60 of those and i bet you will cry
your just lifting air but oh man its a work out!

why not open the front door and walk out of it? Who needs a treadmill?
