How can I lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks?!


Question: How can I lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks?
I am going to Florida and I want to lose 10 pounds by then. I am 5' 3.5" and I weight 120. I can do any running because I have a bad knee. How long should I walk each day if I am to lose 2.5 pounds a week and eventually 10 pounds in 4 weeks?

depending on how fast you walk and the incline you should walk at least one hour because if you just walk you can burn like 300 calories an hour. if you powerwalk you can burn like 500-600 an hour(again depending on how fast and what incline). other ways to lose weight would be to cut out some calories. 10 pounds is pretty easy to lose if you only drink water insted of anything like soda or milk or diet soda. just drink water. also cut out all sweets. its only 2 weeks it wont kill you. dont eat any junk food. try to not eat red meat a lot....or at all. if you feel the need to snack then eat an apple. eat smaller portions. and since you have a bad knee i would suggest doing other exercises like crunches or push ups. great way to tone. also try squats....hard for the knees sometimes but maybe you can still try them. if you are old enough try taking water weight pills. the water weiht will come off and youll lose like 10 pounds and yes its just water weight but you can tell a difference and then after florida maybe you wont have to take them any more. but just exercise more and eat less. watch your calories and your fat and you should do great.



Do other exercises like crunches, leg lifts, light weight lifting, and walking for at least and hour for 3mph. Workout once or twice a day for at least 30 minutes. I have bad ankles so I know how it feels not being able to do certain exercising. I do the Pussycat doll pcd DVD workout.I love it and since I started it I seem to be just dropping the weight. If you get it I don't suggest doing the second dance because It doesn't go easy on the knees or ankles. But instead of doing that Do the crunches and push ups and stuff like that. Plus you'll have to start counting calories and you have to remember with every pound you lose the less calories that you need to take in. Hope this helps...=)



Very easy,, 10 lbs is not much to lose in 1 month so it should not be very hard..
1.drink ALOT of water
2.have normal breakfast until u feel full
3. Eat lunch at around 2pm max (normal quantity of food)
4.you must have dinner early at around 6:30pm max so that your body would have the time to digest your food
5.you can have 2 snacks per day between the breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner

Experience i lost 20lbs in 6weeks :)



** Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you



You should try walking for 1-2 hours every day. Walking is a great exercise but it doesn't burn much calories so it's better to do is as much as you can. Also eat healthy and drink water!



very low carb diets are great for losing weight fast but they take a week to kick in
walk a hell of a lot 8 to 10 hours



cut off one of your arms. problem solved. and you will still have one left
