Question: Weight loss plan to loose at least 5 lbs a week?
Or any other. It would be greatly appreciated if you gave a diet plan of how you or maybe a friend have lost weight. Thank you!. =]

5 pounds a week is not good to lose. You shouldn't burn more then 3 Pounds every 2 weeks you may have a rebound if you do.

My wife and i play Wii Fit Plus and i have lost just over 10 pounds in 3 weeks and my wife has lost just over 8pounds works amazing and is a lot of fun.

Give it a try if you have a wii.

that's not really possible. I started weight watchers and I did some calculations online about how many calories I was consuming a day to keep my weight at what it was - and it was over 3,000. I am now on a diet of 1600 calories and even then just last week I did not lose a single pound but before that, I lost over 10 in two weeks. But that was just the initial weight loss. 5 pounds every week is not possible and you won't be able to do it.



5lbs in a week? Well that pretty much depends on how over weight you are and how committed. That is if you want to do it in a healthy fashion. If you don't want to do it in a healthy fashion, that is easy...don't eat or eat LESS! I highly do not recommend that. The best solution is to watch what you eat. I know it seems like a hassle, but right what you eat and the calories consumed. If you are not exercising, eat around 1267-1300 as day if you want to loose 2lbs a week. You may loose more...I did(again depending on your original weight). If you exercise that will only help, but still keep the calories down. Drink lots of water. You can loose the weight if you really want to. There are online free calorie counters and forums. I use to use myfitnesspal.com. I really liked it. My sister used it for a bit too.
Watch what you eat and exercise if possible. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

PS: Something else to help, stay away negative people. If you are trying to achieve a goal and someone (friend or family) is teasing or trying to temp you...stay away. That is NOT cool. You need support.

Common sense and have lost weight with this method.



** Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you
