I work out and work out and I still look like crap?!


Question: I work out and work out and I still look like crap?
I still have a jelly belly and cellulite around my thighs. I look at pictures of myself and I feel just awful. There is no way I can wear a bikini. It gets to frustrating. I walk on the treadmill 4-5 times a week and walk 4 miles on it. I try to watch what I eat and I seem to be getting no where in my results. It gets so frustrating.

I want a tight toned body.

working out and losing weight is not only hard work but it also takes a lot of patience. you need to have realistic goals if not you'll just keep being hard on yourself and in the end you'll want to give up. i suggest you try a low calorie high protein diet and higher intensity cardio than just walking. try going for a jog, or even joining a local gym where you can be more motivated to lose weight around others that are also striving for the same goal. stressing yourself out to be perfect will only make the process longer and more annoying. just be patient and keep motivated and you should shed those extra pounds faster than you expected

my personal experience.



it takes time, its a slow process, no way getting around it unless your doing it wrong

yeah you could crash diet and starve yourself but youll feeel like crap and damage your body
yeah you can pig out on everything you can get your hands on to gain weight but a lot of it will be fat

when doing something, take your time and you be much happier with the end result



Cut out all processed foods and grains, increase fresh veg & fruit intake. Eat natural protein like poultry, beef and pork, do not fall into the trap of junk whey protein from shakes and protein bars.

Eat what your body was designed to eat, and that fat will melt off in a couple months.

Walking is locomotion, not exercise. Don't be afraid to lift weights, it's very hard for women to bulk up like men can.



Walking isnt going to tone. You need to get in the gym and do some light weight training. This will build muscle...muscle burns more calories...more calories burned +more muscle=more toned fit body.
