How do I raise my metabolism to burn more calories?!

Question: How do I raise my metabolism to burn more calories?
I want to lose 13 lbs and tighten and tone my body. Get rid of the belly fat and excess weight on my thighs. How do I raise my metabolism?

Answers:

cardio to burn belly fat, strength training to tone and increase metabolism and eating small meals throughout the day to keep metabolism up

The answer is actually quite simple. The first thing to increase metabolism is exercise.

Of course you activate it via another two method, Juicing is one of the effective method as it clear the clog and get rid of the toxic to activate cell energy You can read more about juicing on the blog given below.

Cardio exercise like jogging swimming, dancing, aerobics, etc are good to reduce fat fast. Hula loops are good for tummy, others exercise that targets at different part of the body can be refer to the blog at the end of the page.

Lastly, is your will to slim down. You can all set goals to lose weight. But if you did not have the will or you left the goals unchecked. Also in the blog, you can find ways how to encourage yourself to achieve your goal setting.

I used to be 185 lbs, i manage to lose weight to 125 lbs in a short time and maintain a healthy 133 lbs for many years.

Cheers!

build more muscle.

adding muscle burns additional calories hence raising your metabolism due to each lb of added muscle burning from 6-15 additional calories per day.

is it a hell of a lot? no, but it adds up.

the way to really lower your body fat amount is by eating properly (diet and nutrition) and making sure your caloric intake is in a defacit (you are burning more calories than you take in).

weight training however, is the best tool for that since it also tones and shapes your body.

cardio (preferably hiit, but any kind you ENJOY is better than micromanaging to do things you feel like are a "chore"), is a good way to build an additional caloric defacit, but ideally the vast majority of the defacit should be created by your food intake and eating properly.

too big of a defacit can also slow your metabolism down, so "baby steps" is the key here.

also keep in mind that your body burns calories while resting and no matter what living a more active lifestyle will add a HUGE amount of change over a mere 30 mins to an hour of excercise 3-6 times a week.

walking to the grocery store instead of taking the bus, taking the stairs to the second third or fourth floor instead of elevator (unless its a business appointment and you need to look top shape),

instead of tv couch potato time, go play a game of pick up football or just walk around with friends.

Exercise in MORNING ONLY like a m_______ f________, to speed your heart rate up, then drink heavy caffeine the rest of the MORNING ONLY. After lunch, drink 1/2 gallon distilled water. Drink V-8 low-sodium so you don't flush out all your potassium. This will work!

Been there

Lift weights (heavy + low reps). Eat at or slightly above maintenance. Include sufficient protein intake.

you can't. Eat less, take more exercise.

eating right..fewer calories lots of water
