have you ever tried p90x?!


Question: Have you ever tried p90x?
im on day 3! i dont need to lose any weight at all, i am already pretty skinny but would like to tone up, also, i believe fitness and exercise are important, that being said, if you have tried p90x or know someone how has, what was your experience? did it work for you? i dont want want to get bulky or have too much muscle, just want to achieve perfect tone and maybe a nice 6 pack ;) do you think this exercise regimen is good for achieving that? thannnnnks dudes

I'm getting ready to start my 4th round of P90X and have loved the results! If you do not want to get bulky stay with a lighter weight and do more reps! If you have the nurtition guide make sure you find out your nutritional level to see how many calories to eat a day. I think you will get the results you want from this workout!! As long as you are following the nutrition guide and sticking to the workout routine, you will achieve results. P90X is not a bodybuilding system, nor is it strictly for weight-loss exclusively. It will build strength, and with that will come some level of visible muscle tone (again, the nutrition plan being the most important in that).

Follow the program, and don't under-eat.

6 packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. In laymen's terms, this simply means that no matter what routine you're on, if you don't have a clean diet, you will never achieve a six pack.

I've tried about 3 discs on the P90x program and found that it is a good routine b/c it focuses on muscle confusion so you never really plateau. But you have to have a good diet with protein and good carbs along with working out to look good. Plus a lot of people in fitness videos have been eating right and working out for years prior to the program such as myself. But if you stick with it, you will see some results.



Yes, I have tried P90x and if you follow the program, you will get results. The key is to stay motivated. I don't know if you know who Pink is (she is a singer) but she uses P90x and her body is fantastic! She was on Oprah talking about it. I like P90X but I must say that I don't give it justice because I run short on time because I work full time and I go to school so I really haven't had time to stay in the program.



I saw my friend do it and he lost 30 pounds in like 1-2 months its pretty good but make sure to eat right! if you do all the work outs and eat bad you wont lose weight or get a six pack and your allready skkinny so you dont need to lose weight but you will get pretty ripped after all me and my friends call it "gods work out" lol!



So heres the thing,
It works but only if you do the exercises thoroughly follow the plan you choose etc etc., including eating right I personally had the videos and only lasted about a week before I stopped on my own, I kept getting a nausea feeling while doing it. But during that week I did feel sore and in progress.
