Alright. Your work out routine is good. If you want to lose weight fast I had results with my own little diet. It isn't very healthy but I lost 11 pounds in 1 week.

I avoided carbs like the plague. NO CARBS. I ate once or twice a day. I had nothing but raw tuna, baked chicken, pickle slices, and jalapenos. Eat a lot of hot peppers and jalapenos. They reduce the growth of fat cells. You can also have salsa, hot sauce, and things like that. Not a lot of calories and they add a little flavor to that boring food. Do not salt anything. Salt makes you retain water. Drink PLENTY of ice cold water. Your body burns calories heating the water to body temperature. Don't eat after 8, either.

Yes, like I said, not very healthy but fast results never are!

Going to the gym is really good but you will need to cut down on food as well. Don't eat after 7pm and have a big lunch and a small dinner. Try to eat food low on calories and do not eat chocolate, biscuits etc...
