Question: Which is better for weight loss on the recumbent bike?
I have a recumbent bike and I was wondering if I should ride it at the highest resistance for ___ amount of time or vary intensities for the same amount of time if I'm doing the same speed?

High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT
Go all out for 20 seconds (til you're winded)
Rest or go easy 10 seconds
Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. You'll feel the burn!
Well....it really depends mostly on your wieght. If your really heavy then don't go hard, if not......GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
