Swimming is the funnest and it loses the most calories without you realising and cut out fat and sugar and dont see Fatty food as a enemy, look at it as a friend but say in your head "Do I really need those EXTRA calories?" Good luck hun x

To drop body fat you want to do a combination of weight training and cardio excercise. You want to do it for at least an hour a day, at least five days a week.

If you want to get it all in one place, look for a local Crossfit gym. You'll find a really motivated, close knit group of people there, and they will help you stay focused. Also, the workouts change every day, so you'll never get bored. It's pretty hardcore, but don't worry, everyone has to start somewhere. Crossfit will change your idea of what it means to be inshape.

The women you'll see in class, a lot of them will be beautiful. But they are beautiful AND powerful, which is what makes them so cool. At the box I went to, there were girls who could model bikinis and then turn around and deadlift 250 lbs, and then go turn in a seven minute mile right after. They didn't start that way, mind you, but Crossfit can get you there.

I think you know what exercise is :P so the best thing to do is get out there and try some different things, I like running and currently run about 3k per day and I play lots of tennis. You need to find something that works for you and you have to enjoy it and WANT to do it because if you don't you will lose motivation.

My diet advise is this: Try to minimize processed food (high carbs), sweets, junk food, soda pop & fast food. They not only make you gain weight AND they help you get chronic diseases down the road. Google search the "dangers of processed food" and the "dangers of white sugar". Once you truly understand the dangers & poisons they put in that food; then you will be able to make wiser choices. Also choose "sea salt" from the healthfood store instead of table salt. Alot healthier. Again google "dangers of table salt".

Wash and cut up a variety of fresh veggies like celery, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, romaine lettuce, beets, grn peppers etc...and snack throughout the whole day. For added flavor you can add fresh lemon w/ a drizzle of olive oil. If you get a sweet tooth; eat a handful of raisins w/ a handful of almonds. You can switch everyday from dates, to dried apricots, walnuts, sunflower seeds etc...(just make sure they are no more than a handful)
Drink lots of filtered water (very important you're drinking clean water)

I also suggest you watch the documentary films "Food Matters", "The Beautiful Truth" and
"A Poisoned World". You will benefit greatly and be able to help others :)
You can watch them at the link below for free or find them on Netflix.

You can also try an old remedy w/ ACV (apple cider vinegar - raw - organic - mother).
Buy also at the healthfood store. You put 2 tsp. ACV in 8oz glass of "filtered" water and sip through a straw (in order to protect tooth enamel). Drink this 3 xs a day before a meal. (it will work only if you eat healthy)
Here is the site. Scroll down to "weightloss".

You can also do a honey cinnamon tea before bedtime. Scroll down to Honey and Cinammon weightloss formula. (make sure you buy your cinnamon and (raw honey) from the healthfood store - so it is pesticide free & the honey unpasteurized...I know it might be pricey but it's worth it...better than weightloss pills)

For exercise:
Try to do interval cardio everyday or every other day for 20 min. only.
You'll need a timer watch like on a IPOD or stop watch.
You start out by walking at a fast pace for 1 1/2 min. then you sprint run for 30 seconds. Go back to walking fast for another 1 1/2 min. and again sprint run for 30 seconds. Do that for a total of 20 min. You'll be burning calories for hrs. Make sure you stretch before and after to avoid strains/injuries.

If you seriously take the time out to educate yourself on nutrition, prepare your healthy food ahead of time and commit yourself...you WILL do it. You WILL make wise choices :)
