Question: Is it better to eat protein before or after i workout?

It doesn't matter too much, but i prefer after. It's actually better for your body if you combine some carbs with the protein---cereal and milk is one of the best combos actually.
Have you ever heard of stretches before workouts, yep, while you should also fuel up before doing activities to get you through the workout and then after fuel up again because running on an empty stomach during the workout is just as bad as not helping your body get ready for the next workout. You should also stretch after your workout because you muscles tighten and it is helpful to losen the stress before the next workout.

After you workout, within 30 minutes, as this is when your body will absorb the most and enters it's "repair cycle" which needs protein to repair those ripped muscles from your workout!
2 scoops of Whey protein and your set.
It doesn't matter as long as you don't overdose unnecessary proteins.
