How do I gain weight if I'm in highschool 140 lbs, 6' 2" and have!


Question: How do I gain weight if I'm in highschool 140 lbs, 6' 2" and have extreme practices everyday for about 3hrs?
Answers:

Eat more calorie dense foods such as nuts, dairy, red meat, peanut butter, eggs, or even cream!...the list goes on, but they're the most popular ones. Basically, anything with decent levels of fat in it.

It would be better though if you weren't as active. As you are a teenager, it will be even more difficult to gain weight due to your faster metabolism. But you can out-eat it.

Myself, went from 130lbs at 6ft, to 215lbs (and lean)...I'm a bodybuilder
