Hello. Yes, it would be ok, unless you are on a low carb diet. Cereal is high in carbs, but if you do eat it, make sure to choose one that has less then 8 grams of sugar per serving. It should also have at least 3 grams of fiber per serving ( to help keep you full ), and i don't think Corn flakes has a lot of fiber in them. I do know that it is very low in sugar, which is good.
