You don't say how much you work out. If it's just five minutes in a week that would obviously be too little, but if you're getting maybe an hour of exercise a day that might be just about right for you, depending on your age. Try to vary what you do and keep on the move - go for a bike ride, walk a neighbour's dog or something. Basically, you need enough exercise to keep your heart healthy and your brain oxygenated, and to use up any spare calories that you eat. While you're young, have fun with your games but also get into good habits, or later you might find yourself gaining weight. Exercise also helps you to keep positive.
