am i losing weight running?!


Question: Am i losing weight running?
Like, i know im losing weight because the scale tells me so and my pants are too big so i have to buy more, but it seems like i haven't lost any stomach fat yet and when i run i sweat alot but mostly on my arms and back and chest but not my gut area. Im trying to lose wieght so i started jogging on level 5 on the treadmill for about 35-45 min everyday plus 30 sit ups and dips. I want to lose like 30-40 pounds. so by running will i lose my stomach?

Hi Eric, Yes at first you may not see a change in stomach fat, this is because when you lose weight the fat in your stomach is getting smaller, but you still may think that you are fat because when you lose fat you still have the extra skin that from the fat, and yes it is possible to deduct that skin, Just keep working out and you will see a change. running will help you to loose the weight and then the sit ups will help you harden the fat left over...
